1. What we provide
AI Profit Lab provides online educational courses, quizzes, exams and certificates of completion. Access to the free training is free. Paid products are described on the bundle page.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Do not share your account. Register under your real name — it is printed on your certificates, and we will revoke credentials issued under a false identity.
3. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course materials for your own learning and your own business. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, sublicense or publicly share the course videos, audio, transcripts or exam content, and you may not use them to build a competing course.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued when you complete every lesson in a course and pass its final exam at 80% or better. A certificate confirms completion of an educational course on this platform. It is not an accredited academic qualification, a professional licence, or a guarantee of employment. We may revoke a certificate obtained by fraud or by circumventing the assessment.
5. No guarantee of results
We provide education. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, outcome or level of success. See our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
6. Payment and refunds
Paid products are charged once, in US dollars. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion. Refunding a course revokes the certificates issued under it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, and do not attempt to obtain a certificate without doing the work.
8. Third-party tools
Our courses reference third-party tools. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and their pricing and features change without notice. Any affiliate relationship is disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Profit Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the revised terms.
