What we collect
- Contact details — your name and email address, when you request the free training or create an account.
- Account data — a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), your course progress, quiz and exam results, and any certificates issued to you.
- Technical data — your approximate country and browser user-agent, recorded when you submit a form, to help us detect abuse.
What we do with it
We use your data to deliver the training you asked for, run your account, track your progress, issue and verify your certificates, and send you occasional emails about the courses. That is all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Certificates are public by design
When a certificate is issued to you, its credential ID, your name, the course title, your score and the issue date become checkable through our public verification page. That is what makes the credential worth anything. If you do not want that, do not request a certificate.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in. See our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we will do it. Deleting your account removes your progress and revokes your certificates.
Retention
We keep account and certificate records for as long as your account exists, because a certificate that vanishes is not a certificate. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe.
Security
Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and transmitted over TLS. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
